Whether we mean to or not we often repeat the patterns of life and relationships that we learned early.

When we try to change our lives and don’t also change those patterns it becomes very easy to snap back into old ways of thinking in all ways of living.

Let’s learn together to zoom out and see the big picture of our lives to make changes that are both deep and lasting.
